WASHINGTON - Attorney General Eric Holder is still in a New York state of mind on the 9/11 trial.
But, he finally allowed Wednesday that he might shake it off soon.
Sen. Chuck Schumer begged to differ. "We know the administration is not going to hold the trial in New York. They should just say it already," Schumer said after Holder completed his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
A decision on where to hold the 9/11 trial is still "a number of weeks" away, Holder said, but he acknowledged the administration is looking to prosecute attacks mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed outside of the city.\
