Adolph Reed op-ed that Tim Scott is a token black is just the long form version of Rob Parker's RGIII is a cornball brother. Both instances show the old racist thinking of blacks in America who think a black man is only supposed to think one way and one way only. Hence the term Niggarati thinking.
What is disturbing is how acceptable this racist thinking is to a lot of white liberals and unfortunately black america.
