Tax loophole sends Billions of dollars to illegals immigrants.

Obama amnesty will make it worse.

Each spring, at tax preparation offices all across the nation, many illegal immigrants are now eagerly filing tax returns to take advantage of a tax loophole, using their ITIN numbers to get huge refunds from the IRS.

The loophole is called the Additional Child Tax Credit. It's a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child, and it's meant to help working families who have children living at home.

But 13 Investigates has found many undocumented workers are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico – lots of kids in Mexico.

"We've seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms," the whistleblower told Eyewitness News. "The more you put on there, the more you get back."

The whistleblower has thousands of examples, and he brought some of them to 13 Investigates. While identifying information such as names and addresses on the tax returns was redacted, it was still clear that the tax filers had received large tax refunds after claiming additional child tax credits for many dependents.

"Here's a return right here: we've got a $10,3000 refund for nine nieces and nephews," he said, pointing to the words "niece" and "nephew" listed on the tax forms nine separate times.

"We're getting an $11,000 refund on this tax return. There's seven nieces and nephews," he said, pointing to another set of documents. "I can bring out stacks and stacks. It's just so easy it's ridiculous."

So why should undocumented workers receive tax credits for children living in a foreign country, which is a violation of IRS tax rules?

"If the opportunity is there and they can give it to me, why not take advantage of it?" the worker said.

Other undocumented workers in Indiana told 13 Investigates the same thing. Their families are collecting tax refunds for children who do not live in this country. Several of the workers told WTHR they were told it was legal for them to claim the tax credit for a child who does not live in the United States.

Obama criticizes Romney telling students consider the costs of college.

WTF? Any student dumb enough to go to college and not think of the expense deserves what they get in loan payments.
President Barack Obama accused rival Mitt Romney of being oblivious to the burdens of paying for college on Tuesday, telling young voters in battleground Ohio that his opponent's education policies amount to nothing more than encouraging them to tap their parents for money or "shop around" for the best deal.

"This is his plan. That's his answer to a young person hoping to go to college — shop around and borrow more money from your parents if you have to. Not only is that not a good answer, it's not even an answer," Obama said at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno.

56 year old Democratic lawmaker caught with 17 year old boy.

So a 56 year old man gets is dick sucked by a 17 year old boy and this doesn't make national news just on the ewww factor?

After police revealed that a Minnesota lawmaker had a sexual encounter with a 17-year-old boy, both Republicans and Democrats have banded together to ask Representative Kerry Gauthier not to seek re-election.

Representative Gauthier had been hospitalized in the wake of the scandal, denying any and all interview requests.

Charges will not be pressed against the high-profile politician as the sex, which occurred at a Duluth rest stop, was found to be consensual.

Mr Gauthier was treated for shortness of breath following the public investigation of his interactions with a 17-year-old teen he met on Craigslist

The two met for a rendezvous on July 22 at the Thompson Hill rest stop around 11 p.m.

The Duluth News Tribune reported that a state trooper happened upon the pair after a report of 'suspicious activity.'

Police reports of the incident reveal that Mr Gauthier, 56, put out an ad for an encounter on Craigslist and the 17-year-old responded.

The two walked to a wooded area behind the rest stop pavilion for five minutes, where they engaged in oral sex and touching, police records show.

U.S. court bans Ala. from checking kids' immigration status

Terrific.. Why bother having an immigration system when illegals can just pop over put their kids into our schools while the legal and citizens of America have to pay for them?
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Monday blocked a provision of Alabama's immigration law requiring schools to determine the immigration status of school children at time of enrollment, saying it violated the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.

The court said the provision "significantly interferes" with the right to a public education, saying it "targets the population of undocumented school children in Alabama."

Sections requiring aliens to carry identification and banning contracts with the unlawfully present were also blocked. On the contracts provision -- originally labeled Section 27 -- the court wrote that the end goal of the section was "forcing undocumented individuals out of Alabama."

To say that section 27 is extraordinary and unprecedented would be an understatement, as it imposes a statutory disability typically reserved for those who are so incapable as to render their contracts void or voidable," the court wrote. "Essentially, the ability to maintain even a minimal existence is no longer an option for unlawfully present aliens in Alabama."

Thats the point.

Delware daycare workers had a toddler fight club

Terrific...
Three daycare employees were arrested on Monday for watching and encouraging toddlers to fight each other while under their care.

According to Dover Police, three employees from the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Delaware were arrested after a cell phone video showed employees watching and encouraging two 3-year-olds fight each other.

Tiana Harris, 19, Lisa Parker, 47, and Estefania Myers, 21, were charged with Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Reckless Endangering and Conspiracy for the incident, which occurred in March of 2012 and was captured on cell phone video.

In the video police says one child can be heard crying and yelling, ‘He’s pinching me,’ while a daycare worker responds, ‘No pinching, only punching.’

“Clearly one of the children is crying and does not want o continue on and he is pushed back into the fray by one of the adults,” Dover Police Captain Tim Stump said.

California to give hundreds of thousands of illegals driver licenses.

As the benefits of Obama's amnesty programs starts...

California will issue driver's licenses to hundreds of thousands of young illegal immigrants once the Obama administration grants them work permits, a move that could reignite a divisive debate that has simmered for nearly 20 years.

The state's decision is the opposite from Arizona's, where Republican Gov. Jan Brewer signed an executive order outlawing driver's licenses for anyone who benefits from the new federal deportation relief.

The starkly different responses show that the benefits of the federal directive could vary depending on where immigrants live.

The Obama administration left it to states to decide whether to issue driver's licenses and offer in-state college tuition rates and other services to people who came here illegally as children but now are eligible for work permits.

Arizona was the first to say no, and California -- home to more than 400,000 young immigrants expected to qualify -- was one of the first to say yes when deportation relief became available this week.

Muzaffar Chishti of the Migration Policy Institute expects a flurry of activity in state capitals this month as governors and lawmakers follow the lines drawn by California and Arizona.

Caterpillar forces union to accept new contract with less benefits.

Caterpillar doesn't bow down to unions, unions bow down to Caterpillar.

Striking workers at a Caterpillar Inc. CAT +1.60% factory here ended a 3½ month strike Friday, bowing to demands they accept reduced health-care and pension benefits and wage freezes for veteran workers.

The vote to return to work is the latest sign that unionized employees have little power to buck employers' demands for concessions. High unemployment is making workers wary of risking their jobs, and Caterpillar and other companies that have historically offered generous union contracts have shown they are willing to shift production away from areas where unions are strong.

"We really got nothing," said Joe Johnson, 19-year veteran of a factory that makes hydraulic parts for Caterpillar's construction and mining machinery. He said he voted for Caterpillar's slightly sweetened terms partly because of worry about how he would keep paying his mortgage and partly because he feared the strike was crumbling and would end in disarray if a settlement wasn't soon reached.

The company, which has said it wants labor to be "competitive" with local costs, said it was "pleased" by the vote and "ready to get this behind us."

Moody's: More Calif. cities at risk of bankruptcy

Cali has become the cities of the walking dead.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- One of the nation's top credit rating agencies said Friday that it expects more municipal bankruptcies and defaults in California, the nation's largest issuer of municipal bonds.

Moody's Investors Service said in a report that the growing fiscal distress in many California cities was putting bondholders at risk.

The service announced that it will undertake a wide-ranging review of municipal finances in the nation's most populous state because of what it sees as a growing threat of insolvency.

The report has both investors and government leaders worried.

Cuba bleeding Venezuela’s dry in really dumb socialist deal.

Only Chavez would be dumb enough to think this was a smart idea.
Hugo Chávez’s government has granted Cuba key concessions in Venezuela’s food distribution system by making the island its purchasing agent abroad as well as its seaport manager — activities that represent a fabulous business for the Castro brothers while generating more scarcity and huge losses for Venezuela.

The governor of the state of Carabobo, Henrique Salas Feo, said that a great part of the problems of scarcity and cost of living increases in Venezuela could be attributed to the corruption of people close to its government and Cuba’s inefficiency managing the facilities at Puerto Cabello.

......The port terminal is of particular importance due to the severe deterioration of the Venezuelan productivity as a result of government policies, which has increased the dependence on imports, he said.

The situation created by expropriations, the strict currency exchange control and the system that controls pricing is leading Venezuela to go abroad to acquire basic consumer products.

The Chávez administration has also granted concessions to Cuban enterprises to acquire products abroad, a situation that lends itself to corruption.

“[The Cubans] control everything that comes in and goes out. We are importing meat from Nicaragua. Yet often that container does not come from Nicaragua and it is subject to a triangulation whereby a Cuban food enterprise buys the meat at a certain price and later sells it to Venezuela at a higher price,” Salas said.

The governor said there are no practical reasons for Venezuela to grant Cuba the business of purchasing its food abroad. “They are bleeding the country dry,” he said.

Puerto Cabello was transferred to Cuban hands in 2009 after Chávez took away the management of the port facilities from the regional government to hand it to Puertos del Alba, a joint company that is 51 percent owned by Venezuela and 49 percent by the Castro regime.

Salas said the measure was taken after Carabobo’s government went to the opposition and that the decision had little to do with centralizing port operations, as the government argued.

The reason was to “protect the huge agreements that the previous governor of Carabobo,” affiliated with the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, had established, he said.

Tax-soaked French bankers looking at London to flee!

Good luck with those tax hikes Frenchies.

The City of London financial district, though diminished by scandals and job cuts, is proving irresistible to fed-up Parisian bankers fleeing France's rising taxes and the feeling that they're not best loved at home.

French financial groups big and small, from advisory firms and private equity houses to big banks like Societe Generale , are looking at London as a possible shelter from a new 75 percent tax rate on top French earners, bankers say.

Take Bertrand Meunier, who recently agreed to move to London to take a job at private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, leaving a long-term leadership position at PAI Partners, a private equity firm that was spun off from French bank BNP Paribas over a decade ago.

The tax picture played a part in his decision, Meunier acknowledges, but so too did a wider sense that London rewards work and entrepreneurship, while many of his compatriots take a jaundiced view of financial success.

"I have many friends and family members here, and they've tried to convince me to move for a while," he told Reuters. "I think that London is quite extraordinary; the buildings are small, it's very green, people have a good attitude towards work and wealth.

"What irritates me about France today is how the taste for work, for effort, has been completely lost," he added.

France has become a country of lazy parasites.
